Who we are and what this covers

Meenox is a trade name of RM Ventures, a proprietorship run by Raj Meena in India.

This page covers the Meenox name and brand, this website (meenox.com), and every app, tool and design Meenox makes. Copyright © 2026 RM Ventures. All rights reserved.

It works alongside our terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

What belongs to Meenox

Unless a page says otherwise, all of this belongs to RM Ventures:

  • The name Meenox, the Meenox logo (the cube with a notch cut into its top corner) and the meenox wordmark.
  • This website: its text, layout and design, its 3D scenes and animations, the cube drawings and other artwork, and its code.
  • Meenox apps and tools, such as Silkpath: their names, designs, screens and code.
  • The price calculator and the business check: their rules, wording and design.
  • Designs, drafts and documents we share with you during a project, until the project is paid for in full (see Work we build for you).

How the law protects it

Copyright protects original work from the moment it is made. In India this is the Copyright Act, 1957, and international treaties protect it in most other countries too.

The Meenox name and logo are trade marks of RM Ventures, used in our business. The Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the law against passing off protect them from being copied or imitated in a way that could confuse people.

What needs our written permission

Without our written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, republish, sell or reuse any part of this website or our apps, including their text, design, layout, 3D scenes, animations, artwork or code. Making something that looks close enough to ours to be mistaken for it counts as copying.
  • Use the Meenox name, logo, cube design, or anything confusingly like them, in a business name, website, domain, app, social media account or advert.
  • Suggest that you are Meenox, work for Meenox, or are approved or recommended by Meenox.
  • Present our work, or the projects we built for our clients, as your own.
  • Copy, resell, rent out or pass on a Meenox app or tool, or take its code apart, except where the law allows it.
  • Remove or hide a copyright notice or credit from anything of ours.

What is always fine

You do not need to ask us to:

  • Link to any page of this website, and share it.
  • Quote a short part of our text for a review, news or discussion, with a clear credit to Meenox and a link to the page.
  • Mention Meenox by name to talk about us honestly, for example in a review.
  • Use our free tools, such as Silkpath, for what they are made for, and use the reports they give you about your own website.

Work we build for you

When a project is paid for in full, the code and content we made for you are yours, as our terms explain. Until then, they stay ours, and you may use them as long as payments are made on time.

Our own tools and building blocks that we reuse across projects stay ours. You get a permanent right to use them in your project, but not to sell or reuse them on their own.

The Meenox name, logo and this website's own design are never part of a project. They always stay ours.

We show your project in our work only with your permission.

Other companies' names and marks

Names such as WhatsApp, Google, Meta, Microsoft and Tally belong to their owners. We name them only to explain what we connect to or use. That does not mean they partner with Meenox or approve of it.

Open-source software we use keeps its own licence.

If you think something here is yours

If you believe something on this website or in a Meenox app uses your work or your trade mark without permission, tell us what it is, where you saw it, and how it is yours. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 80855 20042.

We reply within 7 days. If the claim is clear, we take the item down while we look into it.

If someone copies us

Using the Meenox name, logo, website, designs or apps without our permission can lead to legal action.

If we find our work or brand copied or misused, we may ask for it to be removed, report it to the website host, app store or platform it is on, and take legal action under Indian law, including asking a court to stop it and to award damages and our costs.

Asking for permission

To use something of ours in a way not covered above, ask us first, and tell us what you want to use and how. Permission counts only when we give it in writing (WhatsApp or email is fine), and only for what it says. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 80855 20042.
