Meenox
For restaurants and cafés

More time on the floor, less on the phone.

QR menus and table orders on one screen, bookings that confirm themselves, missed calls answered on WhatsApp, and the day's sales in one message at closing. Built by Meenox, the makers of PlateUp, our own restaurant app.

Sound familiar?

Where the evening goes.

  1. 01

Orders are written at the table, then said again to the kitchen.

  2. 02

Bookings and orders hide in WhatsApp chats and call logs.

  3. 03

The phone rings in the middle of the rush, and missed callers never hear back.

  4. 04

At closing, someone adds up the day by hand.

What we build

Six parts, one calm service.

Start with one. Each part works on its own, and they work better together.

Business systems

QR menu and table orders

Guests scan the code on the table, see today's menu and order. Orders reach the kitchen on one screen, and you change dishes and prices in one place, with no reprinting.

Bookings that confirm themselves

A table booking on WhatsApp gets a confirmation at once and a reminder before the visit. The day's bookings arrive in one message each morning.

A reply to every missed call

A call missed in the rush gets a WhatsApp reply with your menu and booking link, and every call is logged.

An example day

A day, with it running.

An example of how the parts work together. It shows the idea, not a client's results.

  1. 01

    Before opening

Today's menu is updated from one screen. A dish that runs out comes off the QR menu straight away.

  2. 02

    Lunch rush

Table orders reach the kitchen screen as guests place them. Nobody runs back and forth with a notepad.

  3. 03

    A missed call

The phone rings during the rush. The caller gets a WhatsApp reply with the menu and booking link.

  4. 04

    Evening bookings

Each booking is confirmed at once, with a reminder before the visit.

  5. 05

    Closing time

The day's sales, orders and bookings arrive in one WhatsApp message.

The proof

PlateUp, our own restaurant app.

An app for restaurants. We built it ourselves, and the same parts can be set up around how your restaurant works.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The QR menus we build open in the phone's browser.

Can I change the menu and prices myself?

Yes. You change dishes, prices and what is sold out from one simple screen.

Will a bot talk to my guests?

No. Booking confirmations and missed-call replies follow fixed rules you approve. Nothing written by AI reaches a guest unless a person approves it.

Do I need new software?

Usually not. We build around what you already use, like WhatsApp and Google Sheets, and connect your billing or POS software where it allows. If something cannot be connected, we tell you before we start.

What does it cost?

Every restaurant is different, so we start from what you need. Build your estimate in a few minutes; a short call then fixes the price.

Who owns the app and the data?

You do, once it is paid for. No lock-in.

What if something breaks during service?

If something we built breaks, we fix it free, for as long as you use it.
