Will a bot talk to my customers on its own?
No. The Starter step has no AI at all. At the Smart step, AI only drafts replies and a person approves each one. Fully automatic replies come only after months of proven results, and only if you want them.
Can it handle phone calls?
Yes, with fixed rules and no AI: a WhatsApp or SMS reply to every missed call, reminder calls before appointments, a simple phone menu, and a log of every call. Callers are told if a call is recorded. Call charges are paid by you directly to the phone provider.
Do I need new software?
Usually not. We build on what you already use: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, your billing or POS software. If a new tool is needed, we explain why and what it costs before we start.
What does it cost to run each month?
The build is a one-off price. Running it has a small monthly cost. In your own accounts, you pay the hosting provider directly. Managed by us, it is one monthly bill with small changes included. WhatsApp message fees are paid directly to Meta, and call charges to the phone provider. The price calculator works it all out.
Who owns it?
You do. When the project is paid for, the setup and your data are yours. No lock-in.
What if something stops working?
We fix it free, for life, if it is something we built. Changes made by others and new features are quoted, or included as small changes if we manage it for you.
