Meenox

One system for the way your team works.

When registers and spreadsheets stop keeping up, we build one simple tool around how you already work: rent and billing, orders, expenses or a dashboard, connected to the tools you already use.

Sound familiar?

Where the time goes.

  1. 01

The real numbers live in a register, three Excel files and someone's phone.

  2. 02

Only one person knows how the sheet works, and they are on leave.

  3. 03

Month-end means a day of adding up bills by hand.

  4. 04

Ready-made software does too much, costs too much every month, or does not fit.

What we build

What we build.

Rental and billing management

Tenants, rent, electricity readings and bills in one place, with reminders on WhatsApp.

Restaurant QR menus and orders

A menu guests open by scanning a QR code, with orders that reach the counter or kitchen on one screen.

Expense tracking

Expenses entered from a phone, sorted by category, with totals ready at month-end.

Custom dashboards

The numbers you check every day on one screen: sales, collections, stock or leads.

How we start

Start small, then grow.

01

Paid discovery first

A short paid step before any build. We map how your team works today and agree what the system must do. You get a plan and a price range.

02

The core comes first

We build the part that saves the most time first, so your team uses it early and the rest is shaped by real use.

03

Fits your tools

It connects to what you already use, like WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Tally or your POS, wherever those tools allow it.

04

Yours, not rented

A one-off build, not a per-user subscription. When it is paid for, the code and the data are yours.

Examples

What it can look like.

Examples of what we build for businesses like these. They show the idea, not client results.

PG or rental owner

Rooms, tenants and meter readings in one place. Bills are worked out on the 1st and sent on WhatsApp.

Restaurant

A QR menu on every table, orders on one kitchen screen, and a sales summary at closing time.

Team or agency

One dashboard that pulls leads, tasks and payments from the tools you use into a single view.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Paid discovery

We go through how the work is done today, step by step, and write down what the system must do.

  2. 02

    A plan and a range

You get the plan, a price range and what comes first. 50% upfront when you go ahead.

  3. 03

    Build the core, then add

The first version covers the core. Your team uses it, and we add what is needed next.

  4. 04

    Hand over, fixed for life

Your team gets a walkthrough. You own the code and the data, and anything we built that breaks is fixed free, for life.

Price

What will it cost?

Every project is priced on what you need. Build yours step by step and see a tentative range at the end. If you need it cheaper, we cut the scope, not the quality.

Starts after a paid discovery step. Apps also have a monthly running cost for their database and server; the calculator works that out too.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Why not buy ready-made software?

Sometimes you should, and we will tell you so. A custom system makes sense when ready-made tools do not fit how you work, or their monthly fees keep adding up.

What is the paid discovery step?

A short, paid piece of work before the build, where we map your process and agree what the system must do. It keeps the quote honest for both sides.

Can it connect to Tally, my POS or WhatsApp?

Usually, yes. During discovery we check what each of your tools allows, and plan around it.

Will my staff manage to use it?

We build it around how they already work, keep the screens simple, and walk them through it.

Who owns the system?

You do. When the project is paid for, the code and the data are yours, with no lock-in.

What does your team track by hand?

Registers, Excel files, notebooks: tell us what you track today and who uses it. We will tell you what a system for it could look like.
